Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. Once an order is placed on our website generally it takes one working day for the order to be processed. The orders which are placed on a Sunday or on Public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once processed the order is shipped out from our warehouse in Delhi, deliveries usually happen within 8-10 working days depending on your location. If your shipping address is in a remote area that is not easily accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, lockdowns, acts of God or curfews, the delivery time may increase by a few days.

 

Q. How do I track my order?

A. You will receive an e-mail with your courier tracking link once your order is shipped out from our warehouse. You can also find the tracking information from your Order History page. Do check your e-mail Spam folder in case you can't find the e-mail from us.

Q. Are there any shipping charges?

A. A flat delivery charge of Rs. 50 would be charged on all orders. For any specific details regarding shipping please contact us at orders@beabassi.com

Q. How do I return an order?

A. Please contact us at orders@beabassi.com or our whatsapp ( +91-9555229996) for return requests. However, please note that the return would be possible only in the case of sizing issue. You can avail the return facility only once per order.
