Pre-Order FAQs

Q1. What is a pre-order?

  • A “pre-order” allows you to place a reservation for a product prior to its scheduled release date.

Q2. How to pre-order?

  • To reserve a product at the “pre-order” stage, sign up on the website, add the product to your shopping cart and pay the final cart amount.
  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation containing an order reference number. 

Q3. When will I receive my order?

  • Once you have pre ordered any product we will ensure that you get priority delivery and your product will be shipped as soon as the complete website is launched, which is tentatively scheduled for 15th January 2021.
  • If you still have any queries you can reach out to us by filling up the contact us form.

Q4. What if I want to change the colour, size or design of the product i have pre ordered?

  • Till the website is launched, we might add more colours, sizes and design option for the products.
  • If you have placed an order on the website during pre order stage and you want to change the colour, size or design of the product you have chosen. You can choose the product from the same category/price and write to us on support@beabassi.com. We will be happy to help you.

Q5. What happens if a pre-order release date changes?

Pre-order release dates we list on our site are based on information we receive from manufacturers and could be subject to change.  If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, or if the release is canceled all together, we will notify you via the email address on file.

Q6. Can I pre-order more than 1 item at a time?

Yes. Please note that each pre-ordered product will have a separate order reference number.

Q7. Where can I view my pre-order(s) details?

If you have pre-ordered an item you can check your order here. Please note that you will need your order reference number and associated email address on file to access your order status.

Q8. Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, You can cancel your pre order from my account section of the website at least 7 days prior to the release date of the website. However, once your items have been shipped you will not be able to cancel your pre order.

Q9. What if the final product which i have pre ordered is not released on the launch date of the website?

  • If due to some unforeseen circumstances we are not able to release the product which you have pre ordered, we will refund the amount paid by you or will give you an option to select an alternate product from any category on the website.
  • If the product which you have chosen is of an higher value you have to pay the difference of amount and if it is of lesser value than the additional amount paid by you will be refunded.
